กรณีเคสปัญหา
ไม่สามารถ Remove Employee Name ได้ และแสดง Error : Employee is the owner of a Marketing Document , 'A/R Invoice' [Message 3671-22]
สาเหตุของปัญหา
เนื่องจาก Employee Name ที่ต้องการ Remove ถูกระบุเป็น Owner ที่ Marketing Document จึงเป็นสาเหตุให้แสดง Error : Employee is the owner of a Marketing Document , 'A/R Invoice' [Message 3671-22]
แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา
1. Update Owner Name ที่เอกสาร A/R Invoice ใหม่ โดยเลือกใช้ Employee ที่มีสถานะเป็น Active
2. Click " Update " เพื่อบันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลง
3. เมื่อ Update Owner ที่เอกสาร A/R Invoice เรียบร้อยแล้ว ให้กลับมาดำเนินการ Remove Employee Name ใหม่อีกครั้ง
